Gareth Hughes
Gareth started Dogwood Homes in 2016 after spending over 20 years working for The Hatcher Agency and learning how to deliver "Outrageous Service." During this time, Gareth and his wife, Cristie, renovated and flipped several historical homes in Little Rock and North Little Rock. He realized that he had a passion for remodeling homes and working with people. So when starting Dogwood Homes, he wanted to bring that same outrageous service model he learned at The Hatcher Agency to the construction industry.
Dogwood Homes has grown into a company with two project managers, one full-time designer, two part-time designers, and over 50 dedicated sub-contractors. Since 2016, Dogwood Homes has remodeled over 400 properties in the Central Arkansas area. Gareth is very involved with the local community having served on the board for Children's Protection Center and Big Brother Big Sisters in addition to sponsoring/donating to many other local organizations and schools.

Randy Wooley
Randy brings a variety of experience to us including law enforcement, management, insurance, and remodeling. He met Gareth many years ago when they both worked at The Hatcher Agency. Randy began his construction and remodeling career as a project manager for the Hatcher Agency—overseeing building renovation for numerous commercial buildings and residential projects. He has been part of the Dogwood Homes team since 2017 and will be a face you see from beginning to end on your home project.

Jason Duncan
Jason Duncan is an architectural designer and professional builder with more than 20 years of industry experience. He has been designing custom homes since 2016 and managing high-end residential construction since 2017. He enjoys incorporating industrial materials, smart home technology, and advanced manufacturing techniques into home design. Jason equally enjoys the challenge of helping clients find their own cohesive theme for their building projects. Jason loves what he does. He became a designer and builder because he's fascinated by how our built environment influences and affects our quality of life as well as our mental and emotional health. He uses industrial materials, smart home technology, and advanced manufacturing techniques into home design. Duncan equally enjoys the challenge of helping clients find their own cohesive theme for their building projects.
Interior Designer
Sarah Jaynes
Sarah has a passion for interior design that began back in 7th grade when she spent the day shadowing an interior designer for career day. Over 30 years later, she still loves the work that allows her to help clients create a beautiful space that they can call home.
Sarah graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2002 with a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design. After several years working with and learning from well-established design companies and home builders in Northwest Arkansas, she started her own business, InsideOut Designs. She offers a wide range of design services - from paint color consulting to fabric and furniture selections, all the way to full-scope new home construction. Her business is based out of Fayetteville where her personal and professional life continues to grow and thrive.
Sarah and Cristie are lifelong friends and have teamed up throughout the years on many design projects. They bring their individual skill sets and strengths, blending them together for a well executed design aesthetic.
